About this service

We offer an outpatient and community-based service providing expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and advising on the clinical management of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) to patients registered with a GP Surgery in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Our Specialist Multidisciplinary Team works with patients, their GPs, other health professionals, and local organisations to develop an individual clinical management plan to support their long-term rehabilitation. We are focused on recovery to help our patients lead healthy, independent, and fulfilling lives.

We provide care for those under 16 years of age to access therapeutic pathways, but they remain under the care of Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust (RCHT) Paediatricians or other Community Paediatric Services for medical care.
