We know that some people prefer online services so that they can access support where and when they like. We have a number of self-guided and online services available.
SilverCloud is an online platform which provides computerised cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
Togetherall is an online service that offers support to people experiencing mental health issues. The service is anonymous, available 24 hours a day, is supported by registered therapists and doctors and is free for anyone in Cornwall aged 16 or above.
Members can take part in an online community and share issues or experiences with others. It is a supportive space in which people exchange stories or give advice about things that have helped them.
Togetherall offers a range of courses on issues including sleep problems, general anxiety or more specifically anxiety around health issues, worry, depression, loneliness and isolation. Users can work through these at their own pace, create journals to measure their progress and contact clinical moderators for support.

As part of our work to improve services for people needing support with their mental health, the Cornwall and the Isle of Scilly Talking Therapies Team have been working with ieso to provide typed therapy to adults aged over 18.
Ieso’s fully qualified therapists have been helping people with their mental health through confidential, one-to-one, typed conversations. The online approach is making therapy more accessible, particularly for people who want to access therapy outside regular hours or do not want to speak to someone in person.
Patients have told us that typed therapy makes it easier to be open and reflect on their thoughts and behaviours than if they were sat in front of a therapist.
