Advocacy and community support services

Community mental health teams

Drug and alcohol problems

  • With You: Provides free and confidential services to people facing challenges with drugs and alcohol. Call 0333 200 0325 (available 24/7).

Eating disorders

  • Eating disorder service: All initial referrals to our service need to go via a GP to the integrated community mental health teams.

Sexual abuse and domestic violence

  • CLEAR: advice for children and adults, call 01872 261 147.

  • SARC (Truro Willow centre): supports people with recent sexual assault (in the past 7 days), call 0300 303 4626.

Young people

  • Kooth: Offer free online counselling and wellbeing service for young people aged 11 to 25 years.
  • Mind Your Way: Helps 11 to 25 year olds look after their own mental health and wellbeing through counselling and mentoring, both online and face-to-face. Call 01872 222 447.
