
Cornwall Partnership Foundation Trust Charitable Fund is a registered charity (1058366) established for the benefit of our patients.
The charity receives its income from legacies, grants, sponsorship or donations from patient’s or their relatives who just want to say thank you for the care they have received. All the donations no matter how large or small are gratefully received and are a very important source of funds for us.
Some of the ways in which the money is used for the benefit of our patients and to support the Trust are as follows:

Make a one-off donation through Just Giving.
If you would like to raise sponsorship for our charity by participating in a run, walk or swim, or intend to organise an event of your own then you can set up your own fundraising page on the Just Giving website.
If you want traditional sponsorship forms then please contact the charitable fund accountant. Either way please speak to us beforehand so that we can see what support we might be able to offer.
However you donate, please make sure you tell us how you would like us to use the money for example for a particular ward or service, or to purchase a piece of equipment. We have funds for all the wards in our community and mental health hospitals and for most of the other services that we provide. We acknowledge all donations.
The annual report and accounts include a summary of the fund's performance in year, and a statement from the chair of the charitable funds committee.
