Helston Community Hospital provides inpatient care and a range of clinics for the people of the town and the surrounding area. Free car parking is available at this hospital.
Visitors to the ward at Helston Community Hospital are welcome 2.30pm and 5pm in the afternoon and between 6pm and 8pm in the evening, with protected mealtimes between 12pm and 1pm and again between 5pm and 6pm. There are a small number of items which we recommend you bring with them to make your stay more comfortable.
The hospital also offers a day hospital facility which hosts various clinics, groups and services such as blood transfusion.
The minor injury unit is run by specialist, highly trained nurses who are available to treat a range of minor conditions, which have occurred during the previous 14 days from injury.
If you are unsure whether you can be treated at a minor injury unit, NHS 111 is available to provide advice.
Outpatient clinics are provided from the hospital. Your appointment letter will detail any requirements, but please contact us if you have a query.
