A brand new ward has opened at one of Cornwall’s mental health units. The opening of the 15 additional mental health beds, aims to eliminate the need for unnecessary out of county care well ahead of the NHS England target of 2020/21 in line with the recommendations of the ‘Five Year Forward View for Mental Health’.
