Supported housing
The Supported Housing Service provides a high level support service to people with a housing need and a severe and enduring mental health condition. We support people with complex needs who may find traditional health and support services difficult to engage with.
The service is based within the integrated community mental health teams and works closely with a housing association that has access to units of accommodation in various towns across Cornwall. The service will also support people to maintain their independent tenancy as well as accessing other accomodation.
