The Adult Community Learning Disabilities Team work with people over 18 who have a GP in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
Primary Care Liaison Nurses for adults with a learning disability
Epilepsy Cornwall are a small team providing epilepsy services to people with learning disabilities. We are based in the community and are part of the learning disability service.
The Intensive Support Team provides extra support for adults with learning disabilities (aged 18 and over) at home during a crisis, for a limited period.
The Special Parenting Service supports parents who have a mild to borderline learning disability. This means they will have an IQ of 55 – 85.
