Minor Injury Unit opening hours
Open every day between 8am and 10pm. No appointment needed.

X-Ray opening hours
Open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please note x-rays not available on Bank Holidays.

The wards at Newquay Community Hospital has run a pilot to extend its visiting times from 12pm to 9pm. This is to enable family and friends to maintain contact with their loved ones. Visitors are welcome to come and have a meal with their loved one.

We recommend patients bring a small number of items with them to make their stay in hospital more comfortable.

The hospital’s minor injury unit is run by highly skilled nurses who are available to treat a range of minor conditions. If you are unsure whether your injury can be treated here, NHS 111 is available to provide further advice.

A number of outpatient clinics are provided from the hospital. Your appointment letter will provide more information but if you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to call.

MSK Physiotherapy and Podiatry Services are also provided from the hospital.
