Healthcare Trust recognised for excellent reporting
Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has been recognised and applauded for having excellent sustainability reporting in place as part of their Annual Report.
In recognition, the Trust has received an ‘Excellence in Sustainability Reporting’ Certificate, awarded by the Sustainable Development Unit, NHS Improvement and the Health Finance Managers Association.
Alan Bean, Estates Carbon & Energy Manager at the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust said, “This is a fantastic achievement by all of our hard working staff, only forty NHS Trusts across the country have been judged to have excellent sustainability reporting by the NHS Sustainable Development Unit.
Alan added “Combined with our recent Cornwall Sustainability Award, this further demonstrates the Trusts commitment to reducing our environmental impacts and reporting on performance.”
High quality reporting on sustainability is recognised as a key way organisations can show their commitment to embedding environmental, social and financial sustainability.

- Procurement – including local, community and ethical procurement
- Adaptation and Transformation
- New models of care
