Annual reports and accounts
The Trust assesses its compliance against the terms of its authorisation. Annual, quarterly and ad hoc reports are provided to Monitor, in addition to the submission of our annual plan.
The Trust is managed by our Board of Directors. They are responsible for the operational management of the Trust with input from the Council of Governors. The Trust assesses its compliance against the terms of its authorisation. Annual, quarterly and ad hoc reports are provided to Monitor, in addition to the submission of our annual plan. Monitor use this information to assign the Trust annual and quarterly risk ratings, monitor our actual performance against our plans, and identify any steps that need to be taken to address problems.The Trust’s self assessment is regularly reported to the Board of Directors. The Care Quality Commission also check that the Trust is meeting national standards.
